Idlib Governor Mohammad Abdul Rahman emphasized in a statement to SANA the importance of cooperation and partnership between civil society members, humanitarian organizations, directorates, and government institutions to make Idlib Governorate a symbol of cleanliness and civilization He explained that the previous period witnessed a decline in cleanliness due to lack of coordination and follow up and that work is ongoing to overcome the challenges that hinder progress

Meanwhile, Dr Ahmad Alloush, a member of the executive office in Idlib Governorate, explained that the campaign covers all villages, towns, and areas of the governorate and will continue for an unspecified period He pointed out that cleanliness is the responsibility of all institutions and individuals and that it is essential to adhere to the principles of the campaign and participate actively

The Idlib Governorate also held an awareness seminar about the objectives of the campaign and the importance of wide participation which seeks to instill values of belonging and environmental awareness and emphasizes that cleanliness is a behavior that reflects a person's awareness and responsibility towards their community and country
